Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in dental technology, digital dentistry, and healthcare, I currently serve as Product Manager Digital Solutions for IPD Dental Group USA. In this role, I leverage my technical expertise to help dental practices and laboratories successfully implement IPD’s digital solutions, from digital library setup and verification protocols to seamless workflow integration.
Prior to IPD, I worked as a Dental Ceramist and CAD Designer at the Defense Health Agency, specializing in the design and fabrication of crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations using leading CAD/CAM platforms, including exocad, Sirona, and 3Shape.
At Dandy, I further expanded my expertise in digital dentistry by supporting dentists with intraoral scanning, providing real-time guidance, and optimizing digital workflows. I later led the Clinical Support team, developing quality assurance programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training resources to improve clinical efficiency and service quality.
My ongoing mission is to bridge the gap between advanced dental technology and practical clinical applications. At IPD, I focus on empowering dental professionals through technical support, workflow optimization, and hands-on training, helping them confidently adopt digital solutions and achieve consistent, high-quality results.
