Shipping Methods:
Orders will be shipped via one of the transport companies with which IPD USA Corp maintains valid agreements.
Shipping Costs:
Standard shipping rates apply based on the destination and shipping method selected. Once the user adds products to the cart and confirms the shipping address and delivery method, the system will automatically display the applicable shipping cost.

Shipping Address:
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. IPD USA Corp is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the recipientās absence.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, order time, and payment method selected. The estimated delivery date will be displayed during checkout, provided the order has been fully paid and product availability has been confirmed.
IPD USA Corp is committed to ensure timely delivery as stated on the order confirmation.
Same-Day Shipping Policy:
To ensure your orders are shipped the same day, please note the following:
- Cut-Off Time for Orders: Orders placed after 4:00 PM-EST will be shipped the following business day.
- Emergency Orders: For urgent orders after 4:00 PM-EST, please email and call our office or your local sales rep so we can arrange the best possible solution.
Returns Policy
Right of Withdrawal:
Customers have the right to return any purchased item within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, without incurring any penalty.
The full amount of the product will be refunded within 30 calendar days of the withdrawal request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No specific format is required to exercise this right. However, the customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, features, or functionality.

After the 30-day period, returns or exchanges will only be accepted for technical issues covered under the applicable product warranty.
Returned items must be unopened, show no signs of damage or wear, and be shipped to the address provided. Whenever possible, products should be returned in their original packaging.
If the product is returned in compliance with the above conditions within the 30-day window, a full refund for the product will be issued.
Return Due to Company Error:
If a product is delivered incorrectly due to an error by IPD USA Corp, the customer must notify us as soon as possible by emailing info.usa@ipd2004.com.
In such cases, IPD USA Corp will cover the cost of returning the incorrect item and shipping the correct one.
Inspection of Returned Items:
Returned items will be reviewed by IPD USA Corp upon receipt to ensure they meet all return conditions. If any required components are missing, the customer will be notified by email.
Refund Policy:
If a return is accepted, a refund for the product (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days using the same payment method used at checkout.
